Payment Policy
It is crucial to stay current with your membership dues to maintain your active status and enjoy the benefits provided by the POAB Fund. Please note the following key points regarding our dues payment policy:
- Timely Payments: Membership dues are due by the 10th of each month.
- Delinquency Notice:
- If your payment is not received by the 10th of the following month, you will receive a Delinquent Notice indicating that your dues are two months behind, totaling $70.00.
- Termination Notice:
- If all outstanding dues are not received by the 10th of the subsequent month (making the dues three months behind), the POAB Fund will send a Termination Notice. This notice will inform you that your account has been suspended from active membership due to non-payment.
The POAB Fund will send all letters and delinquent notices to the member's address on file. It is the member's responsibility to update all information pertaining to their POAB Account.
Terminated members may return to active status. See the Reinstatement page for more details.
Important Reminders
- The POAB Fund does not send monthly invoices or payment reminders. It is the responsibility of each member to ensure their dues are paid on time.
- Delinquency notices are only issued when a payment is missed, serving as a reminder to help you stay on track.
